Aaron Cilek started his career as a trial attorney and has worked in the area of estate planning and administration since 2013. He routinely guides his clients through court procedures and deadlines of Florida probate and trust administration. Aaron prides himself on working closely with families or individuals to prepare comprehensive estate plans that are personalized to their needs and wishes. Aaron produces documents such as wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills, HIPAA authorizations, etc. suited to each client.
Aaron believes every family or individual deserves to have an estate plan. Thus, he designs plans for everyone from high net worth individuals with multi-million dollar assets to families of modest or even limited assets. Aaron also handles multi-generational planning, planning for second marriages, and planning for incapacity or disability. Aaron is a committed member of the Southwest Florida community. Among many other organizations, Aaron is co-chair of the Lee County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Committee and heads an organization that provides legal services to military veterans. Aaron believes legal assistance should be provided to people regardless of race, wealth, religion, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.
Aaron enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and their dog. They enjoy boating, running, and cooking together.
